    Choose the term that fits

    OCCTA offers Price Lock 24 and Flex 30 where eligible. Price Lock 24 has a 24-month minimum term. Flex 30 is 30-day rolling with no fixed minimum term and normally 30 days’ notice.

    Flex 30 may suit shorter or uncertain stays; Price Lock 24 may suit customers who expect to remain for the minimum term and want a lower headline monthly price.

    Moving home

    Moving does not automatically cancel every charge. OCCTA checks the new address, explains whether the same or a genuinely equivalent service can be provided, and discloses any new installation/network work before it is ordered.

    Setup and speed

    Public broadband speed bands run up to 1000Mbps where available. The exact technology, address-specific estimate and contractual speed information are confirmed before acceptance.

    That depends on the plan you accepted. Flex 30 normally uses 30 days’ notice. Price Lock 24 may have an ETF during the minimum term. Moving-home and any applicable network charges follow the accepted agreement.
