Superfast (up to 330Mbps, £43.99/mo) covers most homes. Ultrafast (£51.99/mo) adds headroom for heavier use. Gigabit (£57.99/mo) is for the very heaviest users. All prices are Price Lock 24; Flex 30 is priced separately where eligible.

    Terms and availability

Every OCCTA broadband band is available as Price Lock 24 (a 24-month minimum term with no scheduled inflation-linked or percentage rise on the recurring subscription) or Flex 30 (30-day rolling, normally 30 days' notice) where eligible.

Availability, technology and the speed estimate depend on the exact address. The checker shows what your line can take, and the Contract Summary confirms the price, term, speed information and any one-off charges before you accept.

    QQuestions

    Ultrafast broadband: your questions

Ofcom defines ultrafast as 300Mbps or more. OCCTA's Ultrafast band is up to 550Mbps where available.

Speeds above 80Mbps generally need full fibre (FTTP) at the address. The checker confirms the technology your line uses.

£51.99/mo on Price Lock 24, or £52.99/mo on Flex 30 where eligible.

A router that supports the speed and modern Wi-Fi standards helps. OCCTA offers router options, or you can use your own compatible router.
