    Leaving Sky Broadband

Sky broadband, TV and phone arrangements can be separate or bundled. Before switching, check the current Sky terms, number-porting position and the OCCTA service available at your exact address.

    The short answer

Sign up with a new Openreach provider — they'll trigger One Touch Switch and cancel Sky for you. Sky TV is separate and continues unaffected.

    01

Sky TV and Sky Broadband are separate

Cancelling broadband doesn't cancel your Sky Q or Sky Glass. TV is delivered via satellite (Q) or over any broadband connection (Glass) — including your new one.

    02

    Check your contract

Check your current Sky minimum term, monthly price, any scheduled pounds-and-pence price change and any termination charge shown in your switching information. Do not rely on historic tariff formulas.

    03

    Switch via OTS

Sign up with the new provider; they'll notify Sky and handle the switchover.

    04

    Return the Sky Hub

Sky will email a returns label. Post the hub back within 30 days or expect a charge.

    02Questions
