How to log in to your OCCTA account
In short
Getting into your OCCTA dashboard to see invoices, orders, services and support tickets.
Your OCCTA account is where you see invoices, orders, services, receipts and Direct Debit status.
Log in
- Go to www.occta.co.uk.
- Click "Sign in" at the top-right.
- Enter your email and password.
If you never set a password
Some customers who ordered as a guest have not created an account yet. Click "Sign up" using the same email you ordered with — your orders will link automatically.
Reset a forgotten password
Click "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. Check your inbox (and spam) for a reset link. Links expire in 60 minutes.
Can't get in?
- Try a private/incognito browser window to rule out extensions.
- Confirm you're using the same email as your order.
- If you've changed email, contact us and we'll link the account.
