Switching to OCCTA From Another Provider
Under Ofcom's One Touch Switch process, you only need to talk to us. We coordinate with your old provider.
How it works
Order with OCCTA and give us your current provider's details. We arrange the switch and confirm the switch date. Your old service ends when the new one goes live.
Before you switch
Check these first:
- Whether your current contract has a minimum term or early exit fee — your old provider must tell you during the switch.
- Whether you want to keep your phone number.
- Whether anyone relies on the line for telecare or health devices — tell us.
If something goes wrong
If a switch or port is delayed or fails in circumstances where regulatory compensation is due, we'll provide it or explain how it's obtained.
