Changed Your Mind? The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you ordered online or by phone, you normally have 14 calendar days to cancel without giving a reason.
When it runs
The 14 days start from the day your contract is entered into — when you accept your order.
If the service has already started
If you asked us to start during the cooling-off period and then cancel, you may pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied and any installation already carried out.
How to cancel
Email hello@occta.co.uk, raise a ticket from your account, or write to OCCTA LIMITED, 22 Pavilion View, Huddersfield, HD3 3WU. Just tell us clearly that you want to cancel — you don't need a special form.
After the 14 days, before go-live
Cancelling after cooling-off but before your service goes live doesn't trigger a recurring-service Early Termination Charge. We may only recover fair, disclosed network or installation costs we've actually incurred and can't avoid.
