Your Contract Summary, Explained
Your Contract Summary is the short, legally required document that sets out the key facts of your service. It's the first place to look if you want to know what you agreed to.
What it shows
Every Contract Summary covers the same core points so you can compare providers fairly.
- Your service and broadband technology (full fibre or part fibre).
- Monthly price and any one-off charges.
- Minimum term (Flex 30 has none; Price Lock 24 is 24 months).
- Address-specific speed estimates and any minimum guaranteed speed provided by the network.
- Notice period and how any Early Termination Charge is worked out.
- How to contact us and how to complain.
Flex 30 vs Price Lock 24
Flex 30 is a 30-day rolling service with no minimum term and no remaining-month early termination charge. Price Lock 24 keeps your broadband price fixed for a 24-month minimum term; leaving early may mean an Early Termination Charge, which never exceeds the recurring charges remaining.
Our price promise
OCCTA doesn't build CPI, RPI or percentage-based annual price rises into residential contracts. If we ever needed to change a price in a way that gives you a right to leave, we'd tell you in writing in advance and explain that right.
