Our Price Promise: No Inflation-Linked Rises
Mid-contract price rises are one of the most common complaints in UK telecoms. We don't do them that way.
The promise
OCCTA residential contracts don't include scheduled CPI-, RPI-, inflation-linked or percentage-based in-contract increases.
Price Lock 24
Your recurring broadband price stays fixed for the 24-month minimum term, except where a change is required or permitted by law.
If something must change
Where a change gives you a right to leave without penalty, we'll give you the required notice in writing — normally at least one month — and explain the right and the deadline to use it.
Outside our control
Statutory changes such as a change in the VAT rate are passed through and itemised on your invoice.
