Sign in to My OCCTA and open Refer a friend. You'll need a live service and an account that's up to date.

Send your link or code to people you know. They use it before they place their order.

They join and pay
Their service goes live and they pay their first 2 bills in full and on time.

We check, then credit you both
After 60 days our team checks it. Once approved, the credit comes off your next bills. We email you when it's added, not before.
Refer a friend to OCCTA. When their service has been live for 60 days and they have paid their first 2 bills in full and on time, you get £25 off your bill and they get £10 off theirs. If your friend joins on a business plan, it is £50 for you and £25 for them. Business accounts get credit before VAT. Bill credit only, never cash. Both accounts must stay up to date with payments the whole time. Up to 5 rewards a year (10 for business accounts). Credit lasts 12 months and is lost if your account closes.
- Your friend must be new to OCCTA, at a different address from you, and use your link or code before ordering.
- No overdue bill, returned Direct Debit, suspension or payment plan on either account at any point. Paying late afterwards doesn't put it right.
- Every reward is checked by our team before it's added. We only confirm it once it's on your account.
- Can't be combined with another offer (such as SWITCH50) on the same order.
- We can change or end the scheme with 30 days' notice. Referrals already made keep the terms they started under.
- How do I get my code?
- Sign in to My OCCTA and open Refer a friend. You need a live service and an account that's up to date with payments.
- When do I get my reward?
- Once your friend's service has been live for 60 days and they've paid their first 2 bills on time, our team checks it and adds the credit. You'll get an email when it's added — not before.
- Is it cash?
- No. It's bill credit taken off your next bills. It can't be paid out or transferred.
- My friend forgot to use my code. Can you add it?
- Contact us within 7 days of their order and we can look at adding it. After that we can't.
- Can businesses join in?
- Yes. Business customers can refer and be referred. A business friend earns you £50 credit and them £25 (before VAT on business bills).
- Why was my reward not given?
- Usually because a bill on one of the accounts was paid late, a Direct Debit was returned, the friend wasn't new to OCCTA, or they used another offer. You'll see the reason in My OCCTA, and you can ask us to review it.
- Does a late payment that I've since cleared still count?
- Yes. Both accounts must stay up to date the whole time from the friend's order until approval. Clearing a late payment afterwards doesn't restore the reward.
