Letting Someone Manage Your Account
Sometimes it's easier for a family member or carer to deal with us for you. We make that simple and safe.
Nominating a trusted person
With your consent, you can nominate someone to speak to us on your behalf. Raise a ticket or email us from your account address with their name and how they'll contact us.
Power of attorney
Send us a copy of the registered power of attorney (or equivalent) and we'll add the attorney to the account.
After a bereavement
We're sorry for your loss. Email hello@occta.co.uk or call 0800 260 6626 and we'll guide you gently through closing or transferring the account. We'll explain any final amounts clearly and agree sensible timings with you — there's no rush.
