Keeping Your Mobile Number (PAC and STAC Codes)
Switching mobile provider in the UK is text-to-switch: you request a code by text, and the new provider does the rest.
Bringing your number to OCCTA
Text PAC to 65075 from your current phone. Your current provider must reply with a PAC code (valid for 30 days) by text. Give us the PAC when you order or by raising a ticket, and we'll arrange the transfer.
Leaving OCCTA
Text PAC to 65075 to keep your number, or STAC to 75075 to leave and get a new number. Your new provider handles the switch. These texts are free.
Timing
Number ports normally complete within one working day of the request being processed. You may lose signal for a short time on the day.
