Activating Your OCCTA SIM
Your SIM is usually ready to go within a few minutes of inserting it. Here's how to get connected.
Insert and restart
Power your phone off, insert the SIM (gold contacts facing down), then power it on. Follow any activation instructions we sent by email or text.
Check it's working
You should see the network name and signal bars within a few minutes. Make a short call, send a text and turn off Wi-Fi to test mobile data.
If you're keeping your number
Your new SIM may work on a temporary number until your old number transfers. Once the port completes, your old SIM stops working and your number moves to the OCCTA SIM.
Not connecting?
Restart the phone, check the SIM is seated properly and make sure the phone isn't locked to another network. Then check your APN settings.
