Setting Up an eSIM
An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone — no plastic card, no waiting for the post.
Check compatibility
Most recent iPhones, Google Pixels and Samsung Galaxy phones support eSIM. Your phone must also be unlocked.
Install it
Connect to Wi-Fi. On iPhone go to Settings → Mobile Service → Add eSIM; on Android go to Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM. Scan the QR code we sent you and follow the prompts.
- Each QR code can usually only be used once — don't delete the eSIM unless you mean to.
- Label it 'OCCTA' so it's easy to identify if you use dual SIM.
Changing phones
Some phones can transfer eSIMs directly. If yours can't, contact us for a replacement eSIM before you wipe the old phone.
