First invoice and billing timeline guide
In short
A practical timeline of your first three OCCTA invoices — dates, amounts, notice given, and what to do if anything looks off.
Month 0 — service goes live
No charge on the day. Billing starts from the go-live date.
Month 1 — first invoice
Issued on your billing day (visible in your dashboard). Covers: pro-rata days from go-live → billing day, plus one full month in advance.
If paying by Direct Debit: we email you the invoice at least 3 working days before we collect. If paying by card link: the invoice email contains a secure Worldpay link.
Month 2 onwards
One month in advance, on your billing day. Every month. Same amount unless your plan changes.
What to check on every invoice
- Correct plan and price
- Any add-ons still wanted
- Billing address correct
- VAT line present (home users: included; business: added on top)
If something looks wrong
Reply to the invoice email or open a ticket from your dashboard. Do not cancel your Direct Debit as a first step — talk to us first; DD mistakes are refundable under the DD Guarantee.
Payment methods
- Direct Debit — set once, automatic.
- Card via secure link — one tap per invoice.
- We don't take card details over email or phone as a matter of routine.
